Shawn specializes in leading security teams when bridging the gap between technology and business objectives. He has an exceptional track record in empowering informed decision-making that protects assets from both internal and external threats.

Prior to joining SecureCyber, Shawn occupied a senior role in the FBI’s Criminal Justice Information System compliance framework. He developed a compliance training curriculum for agencies and vendors. His efforts in speaking, training, and writing on cyber issues are widely recognized and showcase his mission to make cybersecurity knowledge and best practice accessible to diverse audiences across multiple sectors. A highly experienced leader in this category, Shawn is committed to breaking new ground in the evolving – and often challenging – space of cybersecurity.

Chad Robinson is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of experience in technology and information security. As the CISO and VP of Advisory at SecureCyber, Chad leads the Advisory practice, focusing on people, process, and technology. His strong technical background and people-focused leadership style have enabled him to build lasting partnerships and deliver best-in-class client experiences.

Chad works with clients of all sizes, meeting them where they are in their cyber journey and helping them navigate the complexities of cybersecurity. His approach ensures that each client receives solutions that address their unique challenges and goals.

An Air Force veteran, Chad holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and various certifications. He is active in the cyber and technology community, helping to start GoCyber Collective, a 501(c)(3) dedicated to cybersecurity education. As an Adjunct Professor at Sinclair Community College, Chad shares his expertise with the next generation of technology professionals. Chad is passionate about cybersecurity and enjoys working with top-notch talent to solve complex problems and drive business growth through technology.

Matthew brings over 25 years of experience in information technology auditing, cybersecurity solutions, and systems management. In the past, Matthew worked for a regional accounting firm performing FFIEC procedures for financial institutions, helping them prepare for their Federal examinations by identifying and resolving issues and strengthening security controls. For 13 years, Matthew was the CIO, and Managing Partner of Creative Information Technologies – a Managed IT services company created due to the acquisition of the Managed Services Provider he founded in August of 2004. Today Matthew bridges the gap between Sales and Operations to ensure that customer needs are taken care of.

Todd Arnett is the Vice President of Engineering & Professional Services at SecureCyber, bringing over 20 years of experience in network security and cybersecurity engineering. With a strong technical foundation and a people-focused leadership style, Todd leads SecureCyber’s engineering and professional services teams to deliver innovative, tailored solutions that empower organizations to navigate the complexities of today’s cyber threats.

Todd’s career spans industries such as healthcare, manufacturing, sales, and contact centers, where he has safeguarded sensitive data, ensured regulatory compliance, and developed strategies to secure cloud-based operations. His expertise is backed by an Associate’s Degree in Network Engineering from Sinclair Community College and certifications in Fortinet FCP Network Security, FCP Cloud, and CompTIA CySA+, reflecting his commitment to continuous learning and technical excellence.

Joe leads and directs the DevOps and Security Operations Center units in the design, deployment and implementation of the SecureCyber MXDR platform behalf of our clients. Joe is a member of our incident response team, having earned his GCFA certification in 2020 as an advanced forensic investigator. Prior experience, Joe worked for Crown Packaging Corporation as their IT and Infrastructure Manager, supporting the organization with their overall IT system. Joe also worked as the IT Systems Administrator for Legrand, North America. His training and certifications include GIAC GCFA Forensic Analyst, Fortinet FCP Network Security Certification (FortiGate and FortiAuthenticator), and ISC2 Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP). He also teaches networking courses at Sinclair Community College and serves as an advisor to the Miami Valley Career Technology Center (MVCTC) Cybersecurity Program.

Kyle Zech is a results-driven Director of Sales with over 20 years’ experience in sales, building high-performing teams and driving revenue growth. With a strong customer-focused approach, he is dedicated to understanding clients’ unique needs and delivering tailored solutions that maximize value.
